8. Refer to all people who have been vaccinated in the past tense

9. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES include the brand of vaccine used when giving reports of breakthrough cases and new waves in far off places

10. DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE TRUMP SUPPORTS THE VACCINES AT ANY TIME
