The Infection is localized to the pulmonary system in 99% of people who have it...very few does it actually move into the Vascular system (those are the people with complications)

Your arm then manufacturs spike protiens, From there it infilitrated into macro blood vessels and go distributed throughout your entire Vascular system. Your immune system attacked your vascular system, you have done unknown damage to every artery in your body and like a heart disease patient, you dont feel anything.
