Please explain why the spike protein is the key biological agent to avoid, I obviously understand you want to avoid the virus, but why is the vaccine spike a problem, setting aside the few but serious adverse reactions, there have yet to be any long term indicators that the vaccine will ultimately kill those who took the vaccine?

If the vaccine does cause long term illnesses it’s hard to believe millions or even a billion(s) will die from the jab?

I breathed in shredded spike protein (despite wearing N95) from a vaccinated and fall very sick with full symptoms of Covid (but PCR and antigen all negative).

I had now fully recovered, how much damage had it done to my body? Any idea? Thanks.
