Well, we will all be positive for this then. There's only one "air" like there's only one ocean.

The things that remain to be seen are severity and lethality outside of China and also outside of Asian populations. While we have found patents for this virus in both Wuhan and the US, nothing in those patents indicated a DNA component that would only affect Asians. But such bioweapons exist....So we wait.

No doubt, it has already been established it is EXTREMELY contagious, making it probable a very large percentage of the planets population will eventually catch it. Shit like this gets loose in India and every damned one of them will have it inside a month.

But the good news is it only seems to be killing a very narrow demographic, older male Chinese nationals, but specifically not children!

For many years our society in the west was based on the precept that wisdom comes with age and elders being respected and almost always in the positions of leadership, and that all things being equal they usually were...up until recently.

It seems to me it you were to kill off the older men you could mold society into whatever you wanted without the interference of historical perspective, in other words this younger generation will tolerate things the older generation would inspire them to revolt against and they seem woefully ignorant about how they are controlled and oppressed. Every thought is being logged now with these hyper-active social networking internet zombies... Do you really think the Chinese people enjoy living like they do in this polluted hell hole of a communist utopia?

As soon as a crisis develops they turn on their own people, and it will be exactly the same here in the United States if and when a virus as deadly to us as this is to the Chinese gets loose here. A question for the deadly disease theory crew (im in the virus is a coverup for a genocide crew): when do you expect that we, the members of this thread start to see VISIBLE signs of the outbreak? ambulances, masked medics/police, people visibly very sick, etc?

Not abnormal. Look it up. Most health care workers become infected when they get tired and don’t remove PPE in safe manner. Hell, I’ve seen people on job sites grid and weld all day no issue take the PPE off for break or what not and get shavings in the eye because improper removal.

Not heard of anymore cases here in UK.

I agree completely - those masks won't do squat against this. Only a positive pressure suit like you mentioned has any chance of keeping it out. And unless a person can live in one of those things 24/7, or go straight from one of them to sterile environment, etc, I just don't see avoiding it.

Viruses are small enough to pass through any filter media that air can, essentially. If you are breathing in a room with an infected person, you might catch it..or you might mot. It's exactly like a cold except in the respect that it is more contagious and has a history of killing several thousand people (assuming China is as expected under reporting the gravity of the situation)
