The flu has a .01 death rate. This has at least a 2% death rate but possible higher. So yeah it's a LOT worse than the regular flu.

They are going to find it wherever they test for it, it's been here in Texas since December and it has killed quite a few old folks. Closed down the schools too.

The beauty of it is that in real life no one has the faintest idea so I really don't expect any issues. And if there are issues there are a variety of means to say no.

Was just telling my hubby who is a MRSA and SEPSIS survivor that I think some folks are carriers of this virus, just like MRSA. He only recently was cleared from MRSA being listed all over his medical records but I STILL feel he has it somewhere hiding in his body...hence an otherwise healthy summer went haywire a couple of years ago within HOURS and he was in ICU with SEPSIS for 11 days ... went from being fine to near death within 5 hours

The CDC guidelines say for decontaminating an ambulance is to use hospital grade disinfectants. Phenol is what I am familiar with for use in clean roomw. That is a gold standard disinfectant. It's been used since WW1 in military situations.

You use that a lot and you may start seeing a breakdown though in material when done over and over again.
