Fomites are on surfaces and transmission can go through the respiratory route, the oral-fecal route, and through the mucous membranes of the eyes.

Masks are truly for the infected to reduce fomites. You need a full scuba style respirator with an oxygen supply and this maskes the entire face, and then wear a gown with a head cover plus gloves. And still some are gettingsick despite PPE. Likely through mistakes with decontamination.

In a worse case, the virus is waterborne. In the nightmare scenario, it's airborne.

It's plausible some animal vectors might spread the illness too like birds. No one has suggested insects as a vector but it might happen like west nile.

It's not the numbers, it's the percentage loss per day that counts.

Stock market is down almost exactly the same percentage as precious metals are up, to the tenth or hundredth of a percentile at the moment.

Oh well, now that the proverbial SHTF I may has well reveal my alter ego and Second life.
