We are in uncharted territory. Never before has the entire planet been so caught up in such an event of this proportion, and I'm including the Spanish Flu in that because I think this will easily surpass it, mostly because we chose to learn nothing from that pandemic. We chose to believe that our technology would protect us, and instead it's made things worse.

Beyond statistics being censored and manipulated, this cannot be a hoax. There is no way every single country on the planet would agree in secret to participate in a hoax of such an unprecedented scale. There is no way owners of American sports teams would agree to lose BILLIONS of dollars in revenue by canceling all professional and college sports events over something that wasn't lethal. Videos shot from all over the world are too similar in nature for there to be that many crisis actors in play.

Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. Scientists have been predicting a new pandemic for decades, and this one is following the blueprint that most of them laid out. As to whether it's a bioweapon or natural, or whether it was accidentally or purposely released, doesn't really matter that much at this point.

I know someone who has it. I was quarantined because I was exposed. Lucky I didn't develop any symptoms. And I can tell you every time I leave the house - which isn't often right now - the tension in the air is palpable.

So here are the fact as I see them:
* Something really nasty got a foothold in China last year. Beyond that its origins are largely irrelevant for the moment.
* The Chinese government reacted too little too late to contain it and it spread through that country like wildfire.
* Other countries around the world had to know what was going on in China, but they also failed to act in time.
* This virus is real, it is highly contagious, and it is lethal.
* It has spread across the entire planet at this point. Almost no country is unaffected.
* Some governments are still not accepting what is happening and are doing too little to contain it.
* The global economy cannot survive this. It will crash. But I think we can rebuild it faster than the 1929 crash.
* It's going to get much, much worse before it starts to get better.
* The unprepared are going to panic, becoming as big a threat as the virus itself.
* The only way to survive this event is to be prepared for anything and stay the fuck at home.

The same cabal pulled off 911 with very few leaks, and if they wanted to pull off a global pandemic either for its own mass-culling effects, OR, as cover for ushering in a a totalitarian/total-surveillance world government, it would certainly be within their capabilities, especially as we KNOW they've been working on manipulating viruses for just these purposes, and that they've also been openly practicing for just such eventualities.

Not 100% sure what Gov Wolf is doing to be honest. I think he's just trying to have a "unique" approach compared to other govs, not necessarily an effective one. He was the first to shut down businesses, and the only one I'm aware of to do a creeping county SAH rollout.

Lancaster and York counties just went on it yesterday when they hit 30, but Erie was one of the early additions and they're still under 10. Not that I believe the numbers but I really don't think there's a rhyme or reason.
