1. SERIOUS quarantine. Not bullshit limp-dick half-measures like in the West. No going to work, everything closed, written permission to go out.

2. Mandatory face masks for everybody at all times, up to jail punishment for people refusing to wear one

3. Full 2-layered hazmat suits for medics, not like in the West where they have half their face in the open.

4. Mass tracking of people to identify who was in close contact with infected people

5. Forcing sick people into isolation "hospitals", not like in the West where they can go out to do shopping or walk the dog

6. Sealing sick people in their appartments for 14 days (after making sure they have food and water)

Um, no he didn't, and I didn't say he did. But one of three things happened:

1: The intelligence agencies did not know what was going on in China, in which case WTF are we paying them to do?

2: The intelligence agencies DID know what was going on in China and deliberately withheld that information from POTUS, in which case why aren't they incarcerated?

3: The intelligence agencies informed Trump what was going on in China, and he chose to ignore them, in which case he's a poor leader.
