Half the people that wear masks dont wear them properly and dont know proper procedures of handling masks to prevent contaminating everything else they touch.

First of all he more or less shutdown the country, for life.

He did that so STFU already that he doesn't care about life.

He's walking a tightrope. You can only shut down for a finite amount of time. If you kill the present systems beyond the point of no return you will get far more deaths from starvation, riots, suicide, etc. The food required to feed the worlds population is attained by mass quantity farming methods. If people have to rely on producing their own and small farms the shortfall will be horrific.

Trump faces the public everyday, he isn't hiding, pretty damn unprecedented what he's dealing with. So he says or tweets some hopeful things at times. I think it would be reckless not to.

That sound like a terrible idea unless further spread and death is the desired outcome.

Oh you mean pressurized oxygen tanks are for normal healthy people... sure they might not be mechanical but a mechanical device was used to pressurize those tanks so the oxygen can be pushed out tot he patient.

But people can be totally assimptomatic and be infected, as you know... i think they want the so called community immunity.

At least their number of daily deaths is going down (even if its going down slowly).

The real question is will daily deaths and new cases spike in 2 to 3 weeks again .... or will it be a downward slope from now on.

Yeah, but from everything I've seen, you're most likely not contagious if you don't have a fever.

Fever starts before symptoms are apparent.

But so we're gonna trust people to take it seriously when they go from 98.6 to 98.8 and self isolate?

No my friend that's not true. What i saw is that you are contagious even as assimptomatic.

This has been the policy at the hospital my daughter works at all along. Her co-worker's husband tested positive, but she was required to still come to work taking temp when she arrived and when her shift ended. Then she tested positive so now my daughter and other's that have worked directly with her must take their temperature at the beginning and ending of each shift.

88 new infections here in Mississippi. Was 177 the day before and 90 something before that. Crazy up and down numbers.

When the sun is shining and birds chirping, it's easy to forget there's something out there lurking trying to infect us all. It reminds me that life goes on and will go on after this is over.
