You need to focus. Using the z-pack and hcq is ONLY done while the patient is on a 12 lead EKG. The z pack wouldn't be used in the prophylaxis. But zinc would probably be added.

Guinea-Bissau officials raise number of cases to 36

Guinea-Bissau records three new positive cases of contagion with the new coronavirus, bringing the number of people infected in the country to 36, Guinean health officials announced today.

According to doctor Tumane Baldé, from the Operational Center for Emergency Health, of the “86 samples collected for the national laboratory, 83 cases were negative and three were positive, increasing to 36 the cases confirmed with Covid-19”.

"Of the three new cases, two are from the autonomous sector of Bissau and one from Canchungo", said the doctor.

Maybe I'm just in a Debbie Downer mood.. but looking at the most recent data in Europe and here in the US.. then reading the studies on re-infection and potential lower immunity levels found in around 30% of patients.. what if this mitigation is just preventing the inevitable of everyone getting infected.. maybe even multiple times. I just cant see things opening up even in a couple months and cases keeping a downward spiral. I'm not really seeing that anywhere in the world except very small areas that had little impact at the beginning or countries where their data is suspect to begin with. Lets not forget the US is a big country with multiple embers and fires burning of COV-19.

How is testing and contact tracing coming along in Italy? Seems to the next important steps while we work on a vaccine.
