My biggest problem with people talking about hospitalization rates has to do with variables. They assume anyone AND everyone with disease will make it to the hospital or decide to go, or even have time to go when they go from mild to dead.

For one, anyone who paid attention to Wuhan watched how peolle were dying in their homes on lockdown. Sometimes entire families. This isnt a joke. It was well documented and the videos were surreal.

Viruses, especially novel viruses, do not act or appreciate you telling them how to act (sarcasm but emphasis added). Meaning, they can be random as hell and do damage unequal and out of sync in each host.

Some folks will arrive at hospital as they worsen and many wont. We have seen a massive uptick in deaths at home in NYC alone. We have now heard of UK having a large amount of people dying at home also. In fact they were busted holding that data back as recently as last week. Many nations have done so.

They won't admit all mild patients to be treated into hospitals as was done in SK and Japan. That is unfortunate. I also remember the doctors in Wuhan and China emphatically imploring their peers to not take mild and asymptomatic cases lightly. They needed monitoring around the clock and daily CT scans. That fell on dead ears. The west is about money and the state wont cover hospital Bill's and massive radiologic scans of humans.

Most people have no insurance and wont even go to hospital. The west is being exposed for the fraud it is in terms of medical care. If you thought it was a chore to go to your local ER before this imagine the bill you get now. Many have families and the burden of the debt would be enormous on top of losing their jobs.

The social consequences are crazy here due to how we live and run our economies. Period. That isnt a debate whatsoever. It is the design of our medical infrastructure.

I knew when they started talking about ships and beds it would never amount to anything as most people would die in their homes for the various economical reasons and lack of understanding of the doctors worh this virus and how fast it can take someone down. Poor set up and poor execution on caring for patients who tested positive but were mild.

There have been cases here in Louisiana of people dying in their homes daily almost. Ridiculous. But hospitals WILL NOT admit mild cases PERIOD. Never. Wont happen.

The entire Dallas Forth Worth area has has the epidemic for two months now I know of, around 100 deaths. In a nearby Parish(Caddo) where a Mardi Gras celebration occurred, the death rate is much much higher and the deaths themselves much higher, despite a much much lower population. This indicates the infection was intentionally spread IMO, probably through mardi gras beads and throws.

NY STATE has a lot of ppl from overseas in colleges. the airpots of NYC fly ppl everywhere not just international. a guy could leave LA ,fly to CHICAGO, and then give it to someone who flew to NYC.

ppl do not realize how interconnected we are and how far u touch each and every day.give u an example. u go out to get the mail,only thing u do all day. that mail man stopped for gas. the casher has seen how many ppl that day? let alone tracing back 24hrs. 1 person was visiting a relative,1 was at a Dr appoint,1 had a wedding to come home feom. those 3 ppl saw how many ppl and travelded how far just in the last day? the Dr? the wedding ppl,etc. u now have touched over 100 ppl and all u did was get the mail.

and i didn't even talk about how many places that letter had gone and touched packages from CHINA. a viruis can begin anywhere except mayb Antarctica and travekl the globe in 1 day. it will not affect everyone nor everywhere that day. it has however started to spread.

Mailmen are getting it at an alarming rate, but they handle everyone's mailboxes and have pretty close contact with everyone on their routes occasionally too. I think the more of the virus you are exposed to and the closer to the original bioweapon the strain is, the more likely you will die. a bio-engineered virus mutates very rapidly.
