Coronaviruses are respiratory viruses that range in symptoms from mild to moderate. SARS/MERS are coronaviruses. If you are vulnerable to respiratory illnesses then you might need some medical care, but otherwise, it is no worse than a bad cold, or in some cases, a mild cold. It's really no big deal. The flu this year will kick your butt worse than this "new" virus that they are fear-mongering.
