My daughters cat got the corona virus 2 years ago. He was young, 2 years old, healthy indoor cat, had all of his shots, etc. He lasted a little over a week, despite everything the Vet could do. The Vet told us that it had a 98% mortality rate in cats.
I don't know what the mortality rate is in people, but if the cat mortality rate is 98%, this makes for a very scary scenario if this spreads.
