Not saying it was the cause of this outbreak, but there is a BSL-4 lab in Wuhan.

BSL-4 is the highest level of biocontainment: its criteria include filtering air and treating water and waste before they leave the laboratory, and stipulating that researchers change clothes and shower before and after using lab facilities.

Built in 2017, it focuses on the control of emerging diseases, storing purified viruses and acting as a World Health Organization ‘reference laboratory’ linked to similar labs around the world.

Does anyone have the ability to search for that BSL-4 lab location in relation to the fish-market in Wuhan?

Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory is located in Zhengdian Scientific Park of Wuhan Institute of Virology ,CAS in Jiangxia District, Wuhan, Hubei Province. The laboratory is in central region of Central China, with mountains at three directions, convenient transportation and relatively independent environment.

I believe it is huanan wholesale fish market, as it has a picture of two people in protective gear masks and white coats on the google maps page, but i cannot date that photo.

The institute of virology is 22km away from that seafood market, literally a 30 minute drive...

The WHO said preliminary epidemiological investigations had found most cases were in people who either worked at or were frequent visitors to Wuhan’s Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market.

Since the virus can stay alive for an hour on a surface it's possible for a Lab Attendee to have delivered the substance to a populated Fish Market Location!

Or also for infected animals (civits, cats) of the Lab to make it to the Fish Market by walking or being transported.

Or even possibly an accidental leak into one of the lakes, now they are covering up.
