Suppose countries like India, Indonesia and Thailand the impact wont be known till next year as most deaths will occur even without reaching a healthcare facility and would be counted as normal. Once the cumulative impact hits the stats the alarms will sound! Suspect same is happening in Malaysia & Singapore- if anyone could get the death stats Oct- Feb compared to last few years.
( India will likely not feel this with even the giganormous population and birth rate they have!)
