If you diffuse thieve's or nanosilver (or whatever) with a diffuser, put a towel over your head, and breathe deeply, is that good enough, or do I really need to spend beaucoup bucks on a nebuliser?

I saw some c. silver mouth spray. Do you thing this will help her heal faster? She's an adult so the recovery is going to be hard. I had my adenoids out in November and I was miserable. Can't hurt, that's for sure. TY
