Chicago is threatening to arrest people who are caught outside. Holy cow.
Quoting: ComingUpRoses The question is, “and do what?” No money to pay a fine. Jails being emptied. Yes, it sounds like grounds for FEMA prison camps, but we’re not quite there yet. So short term? Nothing but empty threats. The only real threat so far has been "terrorism" and that is only in obvious cases such as coughing on people, licking things, etc. I don't think that they can come up with binding laws fast enough to keep up with the threats that we face.
