This is such a shit show.
Family member got it,80+yo. Started showing symptoms on Monday. Called his doctor yesterday. Doc told him he has it all the symptoms, don't come in, no need to get tested stay quarantined. Gave him a script for the cough and diarrhea. Only call for an ambulance if he starts having trouble breathing.
I asked how did he get the scripts. He drove to the pharmacy but stayed in the car. Wife went inside and got them. His wife is not feeling well today. Both are in good health.
I wonder how many have the virus and are told to stay home no need to get tested then don't think about the meds they prescribed and how they are going to get picked up. So many people used to going to the doctor then straight to the pharmacy. I guess for most people quarantine means after you get your meds.
