Serious Critical cases in the US are over 18,000 at the moment according to Worldometer.

Yeah, I always look at what these "experts" say through the lens of history, especially when it comes to such a seemingly impossible task such as identifying where a virus came from when it was circulating for months completely undetected.

That meaning, think about the doctors in 1920 or 1820. Today, we think doctors in 1920 were primitive and now we have everything figured out.

In 1920, they thought they had everything figured out and looked at the doctors from 1820 as primitive.

Also, looking at the death numbers recently, we're going to blow through the 100K projected by the end of May and probably end up somewhere in 110K territory. We're about three days from passing the 1968 Hong Kong Flu in body count and we will pass the 1957 Asian Flu body count in a couple weeks, and that's with distancing and modern medicine.

Paul Garner, a professor of infectious diseases at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, is one of those one in 20 people still experiencing symptoms - over eight weeks after first contracting the virus.

“Normally with viruses you’re ill for a few days and then you get better, but with this one it comes back at you and slaps you around the face time and time again with different symptoms,” he said. 

Despite just feeling “a bit strange” and tired during the first two days of experiencing symptoms, Prof Garner’s symptoms quickly progressed to a tightness in his chest and shortness of breath. 

“I thought I’d just sit it out. My friend, who is advising the Government, said to expect to be ill for around seven to ten days,” he said. “But it went on and on, and I had this incredible period where I actually thought I was dying. I was lying in bed and couldn’t lift my arms; I started passing out while horizontal; my heart was racing. And then two hours later I kind of woke up.”

Still experiencing symptoms over two months later, Prof Garner took to social media to find others who are still struggling with symptoms of the virus and quickly found that he was far from the only one. After writing a blog post for the British Medical Journal about his experience, he received a “tidal wave” of correspondence, with many people saying they thought they were going “insane”.

and promoted several prominent conspiracy theories. In the email, titled ‘Please support our review of China policy’,
councillors are invited to watch an hour-long documentary and read a digital version of Epoch Times' 60-page March/April edition.

and promoted conspiracy theories including Spygate and QAnon. So it came as a shock to elected members of Sheffield Council when it sent unsolicited emails
urging them to watch an hour-long film which puts blame on the Chinese Communist Party for the pandemic and calls it the ‘Wuhan virus’ and ‘CCP virus’.
