Back in late January, we were already imagining what the future may hold on how countries would handle this. i think we all expected lockdowns of some sort for 3 to 4 months, then opening for a month. Rinse, repeat.. For upwards of 22 months..

Now, we'll be able to see what really happens.

One thing about the lockdowns.. Early on there were 2 strains.. S and L.. With the lockdowns, L was able to over take the mild form, S.. Are lockdowns going to cause deadlier strains to become the more prevalent strains? Less contagious, but more deadly?

I do still find this all fascinatingly fucked up.
