The social distancing is part of it. Warmer weather is also. Even though, the warm temp doesn't affect the actual virus, the fact that hot air dries up faster, is part of it. The air doesn't carry as long in hot weather as it does cold. Plus, people are probably in the sun more. So, the bad part is, that people will start hugging, kissing, shaking hands soon. That will bring the r0 up to about 3 in my opinion.
