I say, it's never gone. Just like Herpes hides. This shit is just hibernating in most people.

I'm not healthy by any means, but my lung capacity has been slowly returning. I NEVER WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT ID WANT A 'BONEHEAD' TO LIVE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE...BUT, I DO NOW. HOPE YOU GO FOR MILES AND YEARS...AND YEARS! CAPS.
