Morning. I found this article interesting. [ link to news.ki.se (secure)] New research from Karolinska Institutet and Karolinska University Hospital shows that many people with mild or asymptomatic COVID-19 demonstrate so-called T-cell-mediated immunity to the new coronavirus, even if they have not tested positively for antibodies. According to the researchers, this means that public immunity is probably higher than antibody tests suggest.That would be excellent if it proves to be true! So Halo, the incredible pay being offered to nurses to go to Texas...in your experience, would they do that if they weren't actually in trouble? Do you mean travel nurse pay? It depends on location and specialty. Anywhere from 1500-2000 a week is the usual RN pay. If you mean staff position, I really don't know what the pay is down there. In MS the new grad nurses usually start around $22/hr.
