They get infected, yes.
But they are not as infectious to others as are adults.

This holds pretty convincingly for ages 10 and under. However teens may prove to be similar to adults in both getting and transmitting the virus.

This is a study of the camp cluster in Georgia.
As a Scout camp director of over 10 years several things in this study stood out to me, but obviously the epidemiological tracking is not complete.
