Projection...world wide lockdown, vaccination lasting 6 months (2 shots), COVID-19 stopped...no reported illnesses, antibodies fade...someone opens a frozen food package and the virus escapes containment and this world wide pandemic starts all over again?

PS: conservative rule for individuals, plan for the worst, do what is needed for the worst (regardless of early assumptions of severity), wait and watch until numerous sources confirm it’s not that bad, and hope for the best!
