I went to every store in town today that even remotely may have canning jars, with no luck. Oh well. I have my dehydrator and vacuum sealer, at least.
In other news, there were two large military vehicles in town while I was out. They were some sort of propane haulers or something, I'm not sure. One went north and one went south.

Yep, Walmart had a totally empty shelf except for the half gallon glass storage jars, DG had nothing, my grocery store usually has a few shelves of canning stuff, but it's been replaced with something else, the thrift store didn't have any, Co-Op didn't, and the hardware store was closed. Damn, that sucks. I'm sorry.
