Hey y'all..still here. Busy this week. Went through my food preps to rotate. Trying to get stuff moved around to get out Christmas decorations.

Still following the thread as always. Just quiet. Not sick.

Thanksgiving has a lot of connotations from the past for me that I will spare y'all the details. One is both my parents' birthdays are coming up and they are both long gone. Alot of tumultous memories, some happy some sad. I have enough in the present to deal with, just trying to dodge the germs out there.

interesting bits:

"Let's Make A Deal" started showing new episodes this week as well as "The Price Is Right"--I thought Drew Carey had transformed into a double for Grizzly Adams.
I saw the end of the show today and it was rather bittersweet/poignant how Drew summed it up--pulling a mask out of his pocket. They were using (on low volume) some kind of audience sounds and the contestants came from backstage rather than the audience. I didn't see all of it just a few bits. They did have two Nintendo Switches as a starter prize to bid on with a couple of games: actual retail price $695
