last night there was talk that CHINA has realized a probelm and did a full 180 on their reproductive rules. this tells us 2 things. 1> many more died than they claim. has to b a huge #. 2> the virus is causing issues with birth rates. this can b both with births and baby deaths and infertility.

there might b another- the disabling of their work force. not sure how CHINA deals with elderly and disabled ppl. am sure it is not as well as the rest of the civilized world.

even as CHINA's population did age,they had too many ppl. and the rules in place were not lifted to stunt the growth. changing that policy this year could b bad timing but i do think it is related to the virus.

Just to back that up with numbers, to hit their projection by February 1st it would require the 7 day average to hit 2,500 tomorrow and stay there for the next 67 days.

The highest it has ever been was 2,250 last spring, and it was only at that level for a month.

We're currently at about 1,550.

the vaccines are changing the success rates. went from 90-95 down to 70% yesterday. the 90+ was 1 round of tests. the overall of at least astazen<sp wrong> was 70%.

if half the population refuses this we are down to what 25% vaccinated. and that is if they can inject them all quickly.

I am still 50/50, mainly because I want to see how the holiday coupled with peak flu season transpires.
Meaning, the timeframe exactly one year from when this thread took off in January 2020.

Then it will be a full circle.

These coming weeks, fall into the category of first FULL peak flu season, first weeks of FULL winter in US, first holiday family gatherings test, maybe first real test on the strain of healthcare occupancy.

We will know a lot more when the chinese new year rolls around IN 2021. FULL CIRCLE. Unless they activate a new plan.

THE majority have known since the beginning, the impact covid will have on certain groups. Everyone saw this coming. Most saw the possibilities of strain on healthcare systems. All in MSM and any news source around the world. News has been reporting on potential UNKNOWN side effects since march, when story broke out about rashes in children and many other potential covid related problems. This has been all reported and continued to be studied as more data comes in. All public knowledge, not specific to GLP covid thread predictions coming true.

It appears, what is coming into question again. Will society/infrastructures begin to fall into some form of collapse that spirals out of control. And we as citizens will have to take initiative and adapt to a more primitive society then we are accustomed.

I do not think we are near any of these scenarios. Maybe, we will see versions of strained healthcare facilities in vulnerable cities spiraling out of control.

Still looking at completing the winter months and see how countries make it to the other side.

From what I see covid is only stressing certain groups and certain systems. Nothing we can not learn from and improve.

As a whole, the bigger picture. Concerning knowledge of covid, logistics, the impact on healthcare are improving not collapsing.

If we are talking personally individually struggles from impacts of covid, completely different story.
