1 of the reasons u see #'s drop in states is where the virus is at this moment. take NY state for instance. the population centers are NYC and go north and west from it.the virus has been spreading along the NY-PA border.this i have been reporting. there is a huge difference in the populations of the rural counties than the metro cities.so sure we will get less ppl infected in total. however,the % of ppl infected is climbing.

sure u would see similar results if we compre CA to Alaska. as the virus starts back up in the cities, they are seeing high case increases.
