India got something very right for the past 12 weeks or so.

They haven't vaccinated any of the general population, yet cases and deaths have dropped massively.
(only a few million HCWs and a few more front-line workers got offered the dose)

What did India do for the past 12 weeks?

IVERMECTIN.
ZITHROMYCIN.
DOXYCYCLINE.

MASKS in sensible places.
LOCKDOWNS only when needed.
