First, consider the prion aspect.

Just *one* prion can cause a chain reaction leading to Parkinson's/vCJD/ALS/Dementia.
Example: vCJD in humans incubates for 2-5 years (typically) and takes about 12 months to kill. vCJD is uniformly fatal.

Whether you take the mRNA vaccines(Pfizer/Moderna), or the Adenovirus vector vaccines (JnJ/AZ), ALL the vaccines either have the spike, or get your cells to make the spike via mRNA...
