In Kevin’s video yesterday he goes into the points and errors of Alex Jone’s show coverage of what is going on. Worth watching that one, too. Now that I have learned more I’m going with RPHUNTER’s recommendation of taking Ashwaganda. I just ordered organic Ashwaganda from Amazon. On Journals.sagepub.com is an interesting paper by Christine Tara Peterson. 2020 "Dysfunction of the Microbiota-Gut-Brain Axis in Neurodegenerative Disease: The Promise of Therapeutic Modulation with Prebiotics” “...Rats orally fed Ashwaganda extract displayed reduced acetylcholineaces(?) activity, inhibition of AB formation, and attenuated pro inflammatory cytokine levels, which alleviated cognitive dysfunction ...” Also used Ashwaganda, in the study, in humans to good effect.
