Here is a virus point that I would like to know more about, and I have read it at a few points on postings.

The P-1 and the South African Variant, along with the B-117, all began about the time the Covid vaccine testing trials began in those countries. Just a timing knowledge from reading the threads and keeping up with the virus lends that to be true.

I would like more proof of that or studies the validate that. I find it very telling and useful as we move forward in the trajectory of this virus.

Probably just timing.

The US is phasing out mononucleo blah antibodies due to mutations.

Anyone with a bad immune system is a breeding ground for mutations.

The vaccines while not helping.... weren’t the only powder keg for these mutations.

I have to say that, if ~I personally knew that Larry or blondie with the hair, I would invite them over for dinner, and' let's just say, they would NOT be doing their job tomorrow, or ever again..

i do think the BRAZIL was affected by vaccine,think the CA version started before the vaccines here in the US. the vaccine may have been before the UK mutated again to become the KENT too.

we can watch ISRAEL to see if they get their own mutation.

STATUS UPDATE-

we are 2 weeks into APRIL. i have noticed that much of the predictions lately get moved to the main GLP page in the form of new threads. is that cause someone is moving them or is it the accuracy of the points?

this month has seen much talk on the prices going higher and higher. the word Hyper-inflation will get used more and more. careful with that,by summer u will need a new word for it.

USA is boxed in. we have walls closing in from north and south both. BRAZIL running thru CANADA.not a good vice to b in. to the west,we now have the INDIA variant.they are the rainbow state so now their waves will b colorful.mid-west Great Lakes region has BRAZIL in spread mode. East Coast has UK1,original i belive.it is hush hushed.Eastern GL Buffalo has CA variant.this we have not heard much about. CA did have a ruffer ride than NY in the 1st wave.

harsh lockdowns have not come. i said they were the only thing that might curb the spread of the variants. Just got back from my trip to the pharmacy/local covid testing site.

The store parking lots are packed with shoppers. Lots of traffic on roads. No one showing bad manners of honking horns or bad driving. People all out doing lawn work. Neighbors look happy and relaxed enjoying the beautiful spring day.

Nobody getting covid tests while I was at Walgreens. The place looked abandoned except for one other guy getting his Rx filled. More employees than customers. Lol, I was worried for nothing.

They admitted to us that the risk of covid infection with a nasty variant in LA hospitals and ER's right now is high (you are literally in enclosed rooms with people that are not feeling well and some are probably SARS infected) and are to be avoided if possible. Mrs Lago has only had one dose of Moderna and we are wondering a) if its related and b) whether she should take the 2nd dose or hold off for a while. It doesn't sound like a typical vaccine side effect. I would lean towards getting the second dose.

I mean you took the risk of the 1st, it would suck to not get anything from it.

My parents are late 70's, 30 hours in now no side effects whatsoever from the Moderna jab.

I think Mrs Lago is leaning that way. The vertigo was so bad that she could not open her eyes. Really weird. But the extra time upto 42 days is good to know. Was that your parents 1st or 2nd jab? I am assuming it was the 1st. If possible, I would be with them after the 2nd.

In response to Jazzz50, I don't think that the vaccines are going to solve the problem. I was discussing that with someone this weekend and made that very comment.

Further, right now, the United States is an island ready to be attacked by different variants from all sides. What will happen to all of the vaxxed with the new variants?

It is all unknown.

I sometimes have empathic tendencies, and all weekend, I am feeling like Hiroshima is about to take place, making it look like a picnic. Itcould be because I had so much work this weekend, but that is the thought that kept coming to the surface regarding Covid.
