Why is YOOTUBE so full of fake videos?

I really wish YT will flag all the fake videos so before you click and enRICH some indians , you can just move on

When researching any electronic videos and others you tend to hit a 1mill plus video with some smuck with hidden cables faking his INVENTION

its real time wasting, they should let you filter these out and add another FAKE button next to like or dislike so poeple can vote them off the platform.
