Did Jesus go to paradise the day he died, or was the comma misplaced?
The first account, O Theoph1lus, I composed about all the things Jesus started to do and to teach until the day that he was taken up, after he had given instructions through holy spirit to the apostles he had chosen. 3 After he had suffered, he showed himself alive to them by many convincing proofs. He was seen by them through out 40 days, and he was speaking about the Kingdom of God. Ac 1

He was dead so didn’t go to heaven right away.

Re: Did Jesus go to paradise the day he died, or was the comma misplaced?
There is no punctuation in original text.
Punctuation was added later.

Jesus told Mary on the morning of the resurrection "Do not cling to me as I have not yet seen the Father"
He was dead - asleep in death until he rose.
He wasn't in hell and he wasn't in "paradise".

While he hung on the cross he told the thief "I tell you the truth today, you will be with me in Paradise."
The comma after "today" rather than "truth".

This setting of the comma aligns with the rest of scripture.

You don't go to heaven when you die.

You get put on "pause" until the first or second ressurection.

To those who die no time will pass at all.

Thats why Jesus likened death to sleep.

No time passes in sleep either.

correct.
It is the sleep of death.
You don't die, go to heaven, the come back right before Jesus returns and get into your old decayed body to be resurrected into a new body and then on to judgement.

That's insane, but that is what most Christians believe.

He was in hell for 3 days and 3 nights, during which time he stripped the devil of all of his innate power. And he took everyone who was in the section of sheol called Abrahams bosom who he preached to to heaven right before he returned to earth and was resurrected. That is exactly what happened. Now the devil has only the authority that people GIVE HIM through their foolishness, misunderstanding of the truth, and failure to turn to Jesus for their salvation. The only reason that the devil can torment anyone is because they gave him the authority through believing his lies.

Two thousand years later Satan, after being expelled from heaven in 1914, Rv12:7, the Dragon, still has full power over all submissive to him;
"And the serpent spewed out water like a river from its mouth after the woman, to cause her to be drowned by the river. 16 But the earth came to the woman’s help, and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed up the river that the dragon spewed out from its mouth. 17 So the dragon became enraged at the woman and went off to wage war with the remaining ones of her offspring, who observe the commandments of God and have the work of bearing witness concerning Jesus.
13 And it stood still on the sand of the sea.
And I saw a wild beast ascending out of the sea, with ten horns and seven heads, and on its horns ten diadems, but on its heads blasphemous names. 2 Now the wild beast that I saw was like a leopard, but its feet were like those of a bear, and its mouth was like a lion’s mouth. And the dragon gave to the beast its power and its throne and great authority." Rv13

You are incorrect. Satan for now is still the accuser of the brethren before the throne, but he will be cast out of heaven after the latter rain falls that gives birth to the man-child ministry which are the first fruits of the latter rain. Rev 12 is clear that only after that happens (this year likely) than Satan will no longer be allowed in the third heaven. He will be cast to the earth to make war on the Saints and on all mankind.

For indeed, the kingdom of God is in your midst." New Heart English Bible neither will they say, 'Look, here.' or, 'Look, there.' for the Kingdom of God is within you."
Evil controls the ignorant... Climate change is a hoax so is the vax you have been fear-porned into compliance!

Definition Satan from the bible: Satan (Rev 12:7) exercising his subtle (indirect) impact on heathen governments (powers) – i.e. accomplishing his hellish agenda from "behind the scenes."

Because He carried the message..

And it was within Him..

On Authority..

If we send people into the Universe "we come in peace" wont cut it..

There is Universally recognized doctrine..

That makes sence everywhere..
