This Event can be planned , and have a method to tell the citizens how to participate in a legal way , that will enhance their experience, and enable them to participate in the message ,safely , legally!

This is a map of the actual location, the Capital Grounds in Richmond. This is the site of the public assembly and where speech presentations will be made before the Media in support of the Second Amendment.

THE PROCEDURE ; MARCH BY ORGANISED PACKET

I develop civil defense procedures for US Citizens , and one of the concepts I have worked up is called Packet Transit of Human Groups. (PTHG).

What does this mean? Well for example in a Civil Defense Emergency this technique would be used by organised groups to move from place to place safely like across a county in a day. It would work like this.

The group would break camp they pitched for safety the night before ,and waiting for them would be a flat bed truck with a load of Bicycles. They would ride across the county on the bikes to a new camp site , elderly ,children, injured on the truck, and then pitch camp again. The truck then returns the cycles to the origin point . The next group camping where you just left ,will use them the next day, the bicycles never leave the county.

How does this work for this protest?

Procedure for Packet Protest Cyclic Participation!

(Hint think approach and exit , in a Counter Clockwise pattern)

On the north west corner is the entrance , singular and also two of the three exits to the south.

In order to do this let's look at what or how we want to participate and what we are trying to achieve!

We want to be there but everybody can't fit in that fenced in area right ?

Or can they?

The idea is this to approach , enter , participate with maximum energy in the presentation ( cheering , clapping) and to leave after your group is worn out , by the exits and safely back to where you can watch the rest on T V... right?

So using packet transit, the march organisers only have to establish a mutual packet organisation system of x number of people !! Right? Like by groups of 40 , and for duration X . ( like 8 minutes cause there is allot of people !)

Ideally this would allow 2 or 3 groups to be inside and participate in cheering or chanting at maximum energy , one group preparing to enter!

God forbid they would have a pair of guides with them and an organised speech planned to use these packets of supporters for best media effect. PLAN TO LET EACH PACKET MAKE A CHANT OR SLOGAN TO YELL?!

This approach also allows your packet to be separate and guarded by their guides from disruption under the protection of the police ( the Police could accompany them ,by the way precluding any disruptor s )

You meet up and get organised to enter the packet system in a cohesive group with friends and others.
Once assigned a group ( you could even have a number system, and estimated time of not only march start for your group, but estimated duration of transit and return!)

On the approach you que up in groups just like a parade , or a theme park ride , peacefully , enjoying the day, you are fighting for Freedom after all!)

When its your groups turn you enter and blow your wad(!) cheering , clapping , chanting ......

And that's it , you participated and WERE THERE!!!!

Then you exit as a group and let others have their day too!!

Easy Right?

This next section needs to be read aloud to all participants ( for easy to under stand reasons) reasons.
AND it should include a brief explanation ( for the children who can now safely participate in this great day!) As to why you are protesting , what the Constitution is, and why if must be defended by every citizen!

If you run low on speeches , READ THE CONSTITUTION!!

After dark the marchers that exit in packet can pop their light sticks ( that they are given by the event organisers to safely make it back to the cars, Hint Hint!) And make a procession to the after assembly, outside the controlled area! The light will look cool!
