if only America had a president who would protect the second amendment
not one who claims the right to bear arms is a state issue

Go look at the 10th, fuck me this pisses me off sometimes. His point is, the 2nd amendment isn't a states rights issue. Its a God given right and its protected by the Constitution making it a Federal Issue and not a state issue Jake, no Law has been passed. Bills are in place. That's it. The Fed can't get involved until it has a place to get involved in.
