Anonymous Coward User ID: 76488298 United States 01/18/2020 04:28 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Most of the "serenity" of people today...and the "do-gooders" and "tinsel toes" and such...want you to shove all the bad away and just think of the good. Sure that may work in some circles as there's always another joe to deal with the problem. Quoting: blu 27656676 But that's the end result of their hopes and dreams. They have the hope or the dream and the thought is over and that is over. See? It's the same with tying morality to the ego. Morality was developed to provide some sort of closure and mental acuity to security of the person and the greater whole. Only those degenerates with control issues would see morality or ego as stripping them of some sort of power or something. Most of the do-gooders are actively seeking serenity because of what they have seen doing their good works. Real do-gooders get their hands dirty and are actively DOING in the midst of chaos and violence. Their hopes and dreams are to be a beacon of light in the darkness and to change things. So in fact they are not shoving all the bad away. Quite the opposite. |

I don't know what lies they told you, but I can promise they were lies. There's a fine line between training, trauma, and torture. |

I think they choose to ignore reality and the bad things in this world. I can't ignore how messed up the world is so I try to balance negative and positive thoughts. |
