One other question I have about this Utube guy. Why stand and argue with a cop when you are the so called Internet Security expert?

This guy is blaming a cop for not being able to determine if a 911 call is legit

If you can’t hide your own address online, you aren’t much of a security expert

I am sorry, but cops are out of control. That cop was in a frenzy, acted like he was suffering from excited delirium.

The cops were just praying they could find anything to arrest him for, even if they need to plant evidence!

When these out of control cops shoot an innocent, they then begin by Citing qualified immunity, the legal doctrine that shields officers from liability.

‘Clearly your training is lacking and the fact that you went 0 to 100. Lethal force is unacceptable.”

What happened to de-escalate the situation? No the cops continued to defend their actions, refusing to acknowledge that the man was unjustly accosted. 15 swat cars and a helicopter.

..

Do you know the difference between a HERO and a COP?

A HERO doesn't think for a second putting THEIR LIFE on the line TO SAVE YOURS!

A COP doesn't think for a second putting YOUR LIFE on the line TO SAVE THEIRS!

Police Unions And Arbitrators Keep Abusive Cops On The Street

..
The cops jump out of their car over a minor traffic violation screaming, “Get on the ground! Get on the ground!”

They use the Prone Out Position on regular Joe's.

One officer explained to the Independent Commission of the Los Angeles Police Department how elements of the LAPD use of the “prone-out” was “pretty routine” as a way of intimidating the targeted public and imposing a proper attitude of contrite submissiveness. According to that officer, “aggression and force are the only things these people understand.”

Then when the bastard kills you he uses Qualified Immunity, this is the trick the cops use to shirk any responsibility.

**** Recall, Repeal, Impeach, file Suit *** There are actions that can be taken to curtail this unacceptable behavior by our Civil Servants.

You know George Bush said it best at the Funeral for that poor police officer killed in Dallas, he said, ' When the police are properly trained and accountable, they free us from ??? I have got to go find the quote..:saint michael:

You can start to hear sirens at 1:45:00, & then it starts.

The guy shouldn't have gotten bent out of shape over it. I know it sucks but these things happen & the police have to do their job. And like the other poster said, yeah be mindful of your dogs. Gunning down pets has become a major problem in these situations. To me, that's the biggest outrage of all. I worked at a veterinary hospital many years ago & was bitten dozens of times ~ a minor inconvenience 99% of the time. The more dangerous breeds had their snouts secured to prevent biting, but still.

That's a bullshit answer.

Their "job" is to serve and protect. Their pensions are paid for by the taxpayer. To storm a house and kill anyone is a unreasonable search and seizure based on a anon phone call. Illigal on the face of it and detrimental to the rule of law. They are not above it.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76918744

Yes, I'm one of the most ardent supporters of the Constitution you'll ever meet. However, the police are charged with the responsibility of protecting the citizenry. When they receive a call claiming someone was murdered with a shotgun, it's their job ro investigate. Yes, your rights are being violated - but not by them. The blame is at the feet of the prankster calling in the fake police report.

This is common sense imo. If it happened to me, I'd be aggravated too but I'd recognize the responsibility the police officers have & cooperate fully to help resolve things quickly.

So, according to this ^^^ "logic", your rights are now at the "mercy" of anyONE who wants to tell the police anyTHING about you?

So how's this... I call up the police and say XeroGravity's address is the scene of a rape and a shooting and a decapitation. Police come flying over to your house, you meet them outside, follow orders and cooperate with them, have them run me on their computer, and (since they HAVE me), let them take the time to find out more about the shitbag who called the police and made the claim.

If the police are UNABLE to communicate with the shitbag who committed the illegal prank, then they should NOT have the right to just willy-nilly search my house.

The homeowner is right, that this is a KNOWN type of prank to the police, and has even gotten people KILLED, because of overzealous police, even raiding the wrong house!

You cannot control strangers you've never even met, so therefore, you should not be subject to having your fucking life turned upside down, due to criminal act of a prankster.

The police need to start keeping these maggots on the phone line. If the person refuses, that should be the FIRST clue that it's BULLSHIT.

You're missing a MAJOR point here.

If all it takes is an ANONYMOUS phone call to have your life be put in danger, and your house invaded and your rights eliminated, then this country is DONE.

Stick a fork in it.

Do you have ANY idea how many times police have used PHONY "we received a call" when they want to "have probable cause"?

I believe they DID receive a call in this case, but if you apply the same logic to all the times when police DON'T have a legit reason, but USE this excuse, then you quickly end up with NO RIGHTS WHATSOEVER.

All the police need to do, is say, "We received a call"?

No more constitution for you?

Police use this tactic to harass open carry people all the time. They don't like you open carrying in a lot of cities, so they'll often SAY they received a call (or calls), whether they did, or not.

The way you can tell it's bullshit, is when you tell the police, "Well, they called about a LEGAL activity", but the police STILL want to hang around and harass you. Even when they've made contact, and determined you are obeying the law. Then it becomes obvious that the real reason they contacted you, is because they want to make you uncomfortable, and afraid to exercise your right.

When the commotion started happening you can quite clearly hear a young girl in the other room talking to this guy.
Yet he told the cops there was only the dogs inside.
They asked him 3 times who was inside and 3 times he just his dogs.

if they knew the kid was at home, it could explain their hostile attitude to him and the fact he wasn't being totally truthful.

it wasn't his wife, she came in at the end of the first video.

Yea they have to check no matter what..

Funny story, my dad being a hard core man.. As near A Black Smith... Foundry, vice president..

My mom was half asleep, this was 20 years ago or so, she dialed 911 on accident, hung up.. Told my dad..

About 10 mins later cops showed up.. My father said no no she's fine.. She did on accident... He was shutting the door.. The cop put his foot at the door..

Said he needs to check, no matter what..

Never call the cops.. And if you do..

Hide your guns... Lol..

Re: Tech man swatted on live stream, this is what a police state looks like? 15 cop cars+ helicopter .....

THESE RULES ARE STARTING TO ANNOY ME!
Acts 24:15
15 And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust.

1 John 2:22
Who is the liar? It is whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a person is the antichrist

this is a gross violation of this man's constitutional rights. they need a warrant. the victim better sue the pants of that department and then move.

Cops are dumb beasts, aren't they? I mean, really? This is just stupid. Some kid messing around and puts this guy through this. The cops should know better. Way dumber than an 12 year old.

But, of course, they got to warm up all their gear and practice their SWAT bullshit.

Never talk to the cops.

Never give consent to allow anything.
