The money supply increases by siphoning freshly created coinage into the markets as loans. So far so good.

But these loans have to be paid back with interest. A sum that's not created together with the original loan. The interest will have to be paid back from the already existing money supply.

And the effect of THAT...

Especially accumulated through the decades, and even centuries...

Just before Ron Paul retired the Republicans made him chairman of the Committee that has the power to Audit the Federal Reserve..(Remember one of his platforms was to Audit/end the Fed)..Guess what they did just before he was appointed ?? They removed the power to audit the Fed from that committee..

At the republican convention Ron Paul had enough delegates to address the entire convention. The republican party was so concerned that he and his delegates had the intentions of (Through parliamentary procedure) getting his name to the floor for nomination..Guess what the party did ?? In an unprecedented move they raised the number of delegates (During the convention) needed to just above what Ron Paul had accumulated.. This was done when a lot of RP delegates were not in the convention center. Even with this when it was announced those in attendance voted NO..Since it was a voice vote and the Nay's out weighed the Yeah's..The Corrupt Chair still passed the resolution..

BTW - They sell the debt by issuing bonds. And they even make money on the placement for the bonds. As in who they decide gets to sell them. They don't miss a beat. The FED isn't needed to run our economy. In 1913 they took control of the entire US banking system. They are one level above all banks. And they have them all in handcuffs via interest rate setting. JFK made the the move to oust the FED by issuing Silver Certificates. That's as far as he got.

It's hard to see them ever stopping but how can it continue forever? As soon as they stop the likes of Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Co will start shorting the market, hedge funds would soon follow. This bubble is a golden age for short selling when it finally starts

The 3.5% unemployment rate is complete propaganda. Trump himself said the official unemployment rate was fake when it was around 4-5% and the real rate was 25% or higher

Official workforce participation rate is 63.2% with record unemployment rate of 3.5% when in 2009 it was 66% and the unemployment rate was 10%. These number don't add up, not even close

Trump himself also said that 2% GDP means the economy is doing bad. Q3 GDP was 2.1%

They push the economy is booming narrative based on the fake unemployment rate and record stock market highs. GDP is low and the stock market highs are used to trick people into believing the overall economy is healthy. National debt exceeds GDP, manufacturing has been contracting for a long time, deficits are out of control

All of the bad economic news gets ignored when assessing the State of the economy, the stock market rallies on bad news because they know the fed will keep intervening

Nobody knows when it will stop, could go to 40k + as long as they keep printing money and "expanding their balance sheet"

The Fed is audited every year. Damn it do I have to find the page on federalreserve.gov that has the links to the audit reports?

Pretty much every country now has a central bank, including Iran. It would be interesting if we were to end ours now, or to issue "national" currency not from the Fed, as JFK tried. I really wonder how it would go.
