This quake is close to Wichita, which is #1 or #2 for population (Kansas City gets confusing). It is also a major production hub for Boeing and other aircraft companies.

So not uninhabited. I don't think any county in the state has a population under a thousand.

A lot of folks here are leary of the gaining of earthquakes, as a lot of the infrastructure isn't built for it, but we're taking it in stride as best we can.

Kansas also has no natural reserves of humor either apparently.
