I grew up around them, had ones who were friends, generally many of them came to that point for the same reasons. I see a couple flavors and I'll go over a couple. 1) raped/molested 2) bad relationship/abuse 3) never found opposite sex mate (rejection/insecurities/etc) 4) fad/trend Yes, that's literally about it. I asked a very close family member about his choice of being gay, he is much older than I and he said; "I always felt I should of been born a girl." He's been with women, doesn't appreciate it, I guess. He never directly said why. But what's hilarious to me, is all of these people generally have a very deviant side to them. They will screw whoever would give attention. I doubt it's more about sexual preference and more so the lust of sexual desires/fantasies and the rest. Adultery in itself is very deceitful but people marry for all the wrong reasons anyways. It's a religious norm that has been perverted/corrupted. It is no less worse but not nearly as disgusting, although it obviously can be. Just my 2 cents. |
