Favorite Pizza toppings?

Pussy, you can't handle any more than 3.

I tried it a LONG time ago. It was too fishy for me. I had a pizza place for a short while and Nobody ever asked for anchovies.

no toppings at all, no extra cheese, just a plain slice

Mayonnaise, fish, potatoes.

pepperoni, green olives, anchovies

IMO the best pizzas have just a few toppings. The worst pizzas are the ones that are loaded on top with too many toppings.

And another thing. Most pizzarias order "pork topping" and "beef topping" from suppliers and they are mostly soy beans. If you want the real stuff, you almost have to make it yourself. Or maybe you can find a pizzaria that serves the real thing. That won't be Dominos or most chains.

I love ham and pineapple, though it could be chicken and pineapple, extra tomato sauce, extra cheese, sundried tomatoes, peppers cooked into the crust with cheese, and spelt or half and half with organic white, if its homemade, and the one I described is even better than restaurant style or pizza hut, its gourmet, with olives. Anything else in small amounts too, but fairly generous portion of pineapple. Tried mango too and it was good.

Anchovies and onion

put fucking anchovies on my pizza and its gonna be thrown at you!

Pesto sauce, fresh spinach and sundried tomatoes with blue cheese.

Edit: There was a pizza place in Ijsselstein (the Netherlands) that made this fantastic pizza. That restaurant was awesome and the chef there was super!

Try unusual thing. Try fried peach, deep fried brussels sprouts, sundried sardines with butterscotch sauce, turkey bread toast goblets etc

I worked at a pizza place once and learned that any more than 4-5 toppings on a pie will ruin it. Makes it too soggy and will fall apart in your hands.

Double pepperoni, onion, mushrooms, jalapenos. Job done.

Got to agree with this. Less is more. Too many toppings gives you a soggy bottom.
