Hello GLP family (GLP family is best family, kim ung kitty says it is so, so it must be as kitty never lies)

First thing , a member here did an amazing thing for me. Well actually you ALL do amazing things for me every day. But I am just speaking about this 1 thing, and this 1 member at the moment. Something that will vastly improved my quality of life, and possibly prolong it. Thank you friend. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Most of the rest of my day suck giant donkey balls. (I am keeping my language lady like considering my day.)

I have seldom felt so unheard/ignored/blown off by 2 of my hospice team (and seldom in any medical setting, and that is saying something, considering I have been dealing with a serious chronic illness for well over a decade) as I was today. I have already placed a call into the director of this hospice program, and I should have answers tomorrow. I am feeling much better now, fortunately.

I popped into this thread as often as I could, which was no where near to enough. Tonight, finally I have been able to wrap myself in this thread and my sense of balance has returned. Thank you to ever who has added to this thread, cuz I read the whole thing whist listening to music playlists I have made from music posted here. I really appreciate you guys, sooo much. Also, thanks to my husband, who can now cook a damn good hamburger, with fried onions on a toasted garlic bun.

Anyways, to sum things up, an awesome thing happened in the midst of a really sucky day and you guys have me back balance. You, my GLP family are the best in the world, and I appreciate and love everyone of you. Thank you.

Now I am off to read GLP and see what I missed. More from me tomorrow. Meds for me now...

Good Morning GLP family

I am ready to start my day. I have a disagreement to settle and I am ready for battle! The storm in my life turned yesterday, so I simply had to adjust my sails. My hospice nurse Lucy and I are going to have a talk, and if that doesn't do the trick, time for a hospice angel to replace Lucy. Lucy seems to think she knows my body and how I feel better than I do. Lucy is wrong. Hugs to all, now I gotta kick butt and chew gum, and I don't have any gum.
