An indication that all is working in that nogging of yours. I don't dream at all lately. It's not a case of just not remembering but I actually think that I have stopped having REM sleep therefore, no dreaming. |
Wondering Mind

Redirect your attention onto something that has nothing to do with any of your daily interactions, something trivial that helps wear your mind down and bores it to sleep. The most precious things are the simple things in life, always present in the simplest of minds. |

Listen to some of obamas old speeches. That should do the trick. |

I couldn't understand why I was driving drunk. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78048685 -Getting warned by my boss that I need to work harder or I'll get laid off, but not telling me where I should improve. -Someone stealing 2000 € from my bank account. I remember that it had been done in two installments, too. -Being already late from my flight and trying to find my passport at the hotel. That's just from the four last nights. Sounds like you're stressed and fear of not being in control. Take a vacation. Enjoy some nature and recharge your mind and soul. |

See if you can stay lucid for that long.....then report back with your findings. I have done this already. |

Prazosin or a strong sativa (for me) but most people need indica will knock that shit off |

I know of someone though who had a physically demanding job and came to work one morning saying that she was so tired. She had just finished putting in a full day's work in her sleep! But, I guess, it is possible. Sometimes people work jobs that are mentally, not physically, demanding. |
