Why does Ireland get its own flag on GLP but Scotland and Palestine don't?

Because Ireland is an independent country, an Scotland falls under the United Kingdom because they don't value their freedom enough to earn it, and Palestine is just a made up place that doesn't exist any more.

The Republic of Ireland is an independent country. England, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland are all currently part of the United Kingdom represented by the Union Jack Flag.
