 stocks still banned? The bump stock modification converts the semi-automatic long gun into an automatic. If you want that go get the tax stamp to authorize you to have a full automatic. its not a true automatic. that's like saying bump firing makes a gun an automatic. it's just exploiting recoil, it's not inherent to the action.
