The old guy in my office is string to find a tape of peolosi where she tells the democratic party they are out of money, broke. He says he remembers it like it was yesterday because he wondered how they were going to fix this and he says he was surprised he never heard anything about that then. He thought they got money from private donors and small contributors. Now he says he's wondering if they laundered money through foreign countries because, he's been insisting that we never ever gave as much foreign aid to other countries as we've given in the last couple of presidencies, like since bush 1.

He's been a pretty reliable historian. He's telling us the dem convention this year is going to be ten times worse than the convention in 1968 which he said had very very very violent demonstrations.

Term limits and campaign finance reform are what we need most in this country IMO. Honestly, I don't think anyone can beat trump at this point. I am not thrilled with any candidate and the infighting has just started to pick up. I think with his money, Bloomberg has the best chance at beating him.
