Remind me again why home security systems are not allowed to show blacks?

I never heard of this, but I have noticed a home invasion by a black guy was removed from Ring, not too long ago, in my hood. I didn't think much of it, i'll check again.

Sorry, I should clarify. Commercials for home security will only show the home invader as white not black and sometimes the family that gets invaded is black.
