When my daughter would watch some of these shows I began to have conversations with her about the symbolism going on and while she fought my disdain for Steven universe for along time eventually she realised that I was right
The show was made to program young minds into less than wholesome ideas
It is basically all shows that do this
Teaching her the symbolic language used and the stories they are portraying over and over again is what brought her back to reality. I kept doing it with every show we ever watched, movies too, until she finally saw it.
Man she used to get so mad at me and now she thanks me for making her understand the reality of symbols

Teach the language of symbols and what they really mean

No not even close. There were little to know spells even mentioned in the book. Rowling came up with the lingo after but if you count on your hand how many spells were even stated it would be on one hand. But as time goes on the veil thins and they try to get away with more and more. So I definantly think you need to be aware of what your kids are into
